The committee supports the upskilling and reskilling of the region’s existing workforce, with an emphasis on job retention, practical adoption, and transitions into AI-enabled roles.

Its work includes understanding employer needs, connecting individuals to training opportunities, building communities around shared skills, and exploring accessible learning models beyond traditional education pathways.
